CPF Code of Ethics

Committed since 2013 to a quality approach to training services, Akreator Formations adheres to the charter of ethics for the sale of services eligible for the Compte Personnel de Formation (Personal Training Account) presented by the federation Les Acteurs de la Compétence (formerly FFP).

We hold Qualiopi certification as a prerequisite for promoting and selling CPF-eligible services, as of January 1, 2022.

As part of our certification training, we guarantee that :

  • We are the owner of the professional certification in question or have the written agreement of its owner.
  • We do everything in our power to ensure that learners who have undergone certification training within our organization are able to pass their certification.

We present our offers fairly, regardless of the communication medium (website, mailing, display, etc.), and refrain from attracting or misleading the consumer by :

  • Demonstrating that all or part of the service is free of charge
  • Highlighting customer gifts (e.g. computer, tablet, etc.)
  • Failure to comply with the rules governing the use of the MonCompteFormation brand, charter or logo, in particular by using it in a way that does not relate to a clearly identified offer that is actually eligible for the CPF.
  • The usurpation of any representation of public authorities (Marianne, ministerial logo, etc.) or any other institutional sign or symbol with the sole aim of creating ambiguity about our real identity.

We control the use of subcontractors, for which we are the guarantor, whatever the purpose, and in particular :

  • We prohibit ourselves, and all our partners, from any aggressive or misleading commercial canvassing.
  • We prohibit our subcontractors from subcontracting themselves.

We provide the consumer with all the guarantees against the usurpation of his Social Security number or his Personal Training Account and we forbid ourselves, in particular, to usurp the identifiers of a third party to use his account.

We inform you in advance of the costs covered by the CPF and any additional costs.

We make it easy to find what you're looking for on Mon Compte Formation by not duplicating similar actions in our catalog, with the sole aim of optimizing its positioning.

We have set up evaluation procedures prior to the training course

We guarantee appropriate technical and educational assistance to support the beneficiary

We offer all consumer customers the possibility of amicable and free recourse to the consumer mediation service, in the event of a dispute.
